Brigitte offers sound baths that are both deeply relaxing and profoundly moving. You can experience her sound baths at the 3 Rivers Defense studio or in your home, business, or organization.
You can also add a sound bath to a self-defense training to end the experience with a soothing integration of the skills you learned.
Brigitte provides sound baths for special occasions like birthdays, moon ceremonies, solstice or equinox ceremonies, other sacred ceremonies, chakra balancing, energy cleanings in houses and other spaces, support groups, nature sound baths, bachelorette parties, life transition support, and for other occasions.
You can rent the studio for a sound bath and get-together afterwards or Brigitte can travel to your location.
Brigitte uses perfect pitch crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, a Paiste symphonic gong, Koshi and other chimes, drums, including Buffalo, shamanic, and ocean drums, and many other instruments to create magical soundscapes that can both relax and help process emotions as well as integrate life experiences and lessons.

Treat yourself, your friends, family, or colleagues to a private sound journey crafted specifically for your group and your purpose. Themes include moon cycle, solstice, or equinox ceremonies, elemental sound baths, family reunions, birthdays, chakra balancing, life transition support, birthdays, and bachelorette parties. For up to 10 participants.
Also available for small groups. Minimum of 4 participants. $40/person
